Obverse: bust of Sigismund III Vasa, wearing crown and armor, with tubular orifice, to the right, in the rim legend:
SIG-III-D-G-REX-PO-M-D-L-;

Reverse: denomination marking -III-, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pogo of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, next to them the date 15-93, below it the legend in two lines:
GROS-ARG/TRIP-M-D-L- below it the Chalecki coat of arms of Demetrius Chalecki, Treasurer;
