Reverse: a five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Coat of Arms of the Vasa family, crowned with a crown with a closed rim with 6 jewels, with fleurons, surmounted by a royal apple; On the sides of the escutcheon, the date 16-22 and labrys in the shape of snails, in a rope border, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Treasurer Mikołaj Daniłowicz in an ornamental shield:
