Reverse: A five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Coat of Arms of the House of Vasa, crowned with an open rim crown with five cross-shaped jewels, with three rosette fleurons, with a reticulated background and four bows, topped with a royal apple; On the sides of the shield the date 16-21, in a rope border, in the outer border a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Treasurer Nicholas Danilovich in an ornamental shield:
