Obverse: coat of arms of Gdansk in a cartouche supported by two lions, in a chained border, in the outer border a legend beginning with the mint mark:

Reverse: bust of Sigismund III Vasa wearing a crown to the right, with the Order of the Golden Fleece on a chain of 6 flints, wearing armor and cloak studded with jewels, in the chain surround, in the outer rim legend:
