Obverse: in the linear rim a crowned five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of the Crown, Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Sas of the Vasa dynasty, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the denomination 3 in the coat of arms shield:

Reverse: in the linear rim a royal apple, inside of which the denomination mark 24, on the sides of the cross an abbreviation of the date 2-3, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Podskarbie Daniłowicz in the shield of arms:
