Obverse: in a pearl border a royal bust wearing a crown and plate armor, to the right, in the outer border a legend with punctuation in the form of triplets:

Reverse: in the pearl rim the crowned coats of arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Pillars of Gediminas - the historical coat of arms of Lithuania, on the sides of the crown trilobes; below the shields the denomination IIII, in the outer rim the legend punctuated with trilobes:
