On the obverse the initials of the St. Petersburg mincmaster - Nikolai Joss.

Obverse: in the rope ring the eagle of the Russian Empire, on the sides of the tail the initials of the mincmaster, in the outer ring information about the minting order: ЧИСТАГО СЕРЕБРА 2 ЗОЛОТНИКА 10 1/2 ДОЛЕЙ;

Reverse: in laurel and oak wreath crowned inscription: ПОЛТИНА/1877/С.П.Б..;
