A completely different type of coin. Unusual representation of a knight with a pearl collar, next to the sword an unknown pearl ornament. Unheard of on other denarii, the ornaments on the sides of the bishop (they are always on the sides of the knight), and the bishop himself in an unusual pearl robe. An additional photo shows a juxtaposition with a typical denarius. The differences are so great that it's safe to say it's a different type of denarius, rather than a variety or variant.
