On the obverse: crowned S, on the sides the date 1-6(00), on the reverse the crowned coats of arms of the Crown and Lithuania. Crown shillings of Sigismund III Vasa, are exceptionally diverse coins minted at several mints, representing an interesting and still underrated collector's subject. Despite so far, not very high rarity ratings in catalogs, most of them are extremely difficult to collect due to poor minting in coinage silver - here a decently minted piece with full legends legibility and fine luster. Coin without mintmark, due to the similarity of the products of the Wschowa and Poznan mints it is difficult to attribute this shilling to a specific mint, Kopicki considers it a Poznan product. Rare.
