Grade: XF/XF-
Estimations: 267 - 444 EUR
Reference: Kopicki 1948 R6
A sixpence with the letter K from the first issue of sixpences in Cracow during Sobieski's reign. The bust of the king in a cloak characteristic of the Bydgoszcz mint, which would still be replaced in 1680 by a bust in armor, which from then on would be the typical representation of the ruler for the Cracow mint. An interesting and rare issue. Mint gloss, nice piece.
