A rare coin struck with a twist stamp of about 80 degrees. In coin collections of the last century, struck by machine in great numbers, it is not the quantity of coins that indicates the quality of the collection, but the number of gems in it. There are no higher quality gems than low-volume SAMPLES, and even rarer to them, created by accident, interesting minting errors (offsets, reverses).
