At the base of the cactus there is a holm oak branch on one side and a laurel branch on the other. The coat of arms is surrounded by date; weight; purity and denomination. Reverse: Busts of Miguel Hidalgo Y Costilla and Francisco I. Madero next to each other; facing forward; with the last names under the respective bust. Dates and legend surround the busts.
