Bronze, weight 92.90 g, diameter 53 mm. Traces of binding. Collector's inventory number. Medal with images of Queen Marie Casimire (Queen Marysieńka), wife of John III Sobieski, and her father, Henri de la Grange d'Arquine, was struck in 1699 in Loreto by Francesco Cesarino, as evidenced by the inscription under Marie Casimire's arm "LORETO", and the initials "FC". Extremely rare. A twin piece is in the collection of the National Museum in Lublin. A medal of this type was immortalized in an engraving by Prince Henryk Lubomirski while preparing illustrations for Albertrandi's work "History of Poland by Medals Certified".
