A very rare item in such excellent condition and with such minting quality. Variety with the Leliwa coat of arms in a variant with the bust without the outlined armor sleeve.
Obverse: royal bust wearing a laurel wreath with double bindings, armor, wearing a cloak, to the right, under the bust initials T.L.B., in the rim legend:

Reverse: crowned with a four-cornered crown with five rosette fleurons, with 4 jewels in the rim with 10 jewels on the bails, a three-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Sobieski family coat of arms - Janina; under the crown the denomination mark VI, under the escutcheons the date 16-83; in the rim a legend punctuated by the Leliwa coat of arms in an oval escutcheon:
