A very nice piece stamped with a slightly cracked obverse stamp.
Variant with bows at the bottom of the shields.
Obverse: royal bust wearing a laurel wreath with double bows, armor with two armor sleeve plates visible, wearing a cloak, to the right, under the bust initials T.L.B., in the rim legend:

Reverse: crowned with a four-cornered crown with five rosette fleurons, with 4 jewels in the rim with 15 jewels on the bails, a three-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Sobieski family coat of arms - Janina with bows at the bottom of the shields; under the crown the denomination mark VI, under the shields the date 16-82; in the rim a legend punctuated by the Leliwa coat of arms in an oval escutcheon:
