Obverse: royal bust wearing crown, armor and cloak studded with jewels, legend in the rim:
D:G:AVGVSTVS-III-REX-POLONIARUM;
Reverse: crowned five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the coat of arms of Saxony surmounted by the Elector's mitre, girded from below by a palm wreath, on the sides 8 leaves alternately broad and narrow, initials E-C, between the branches the denomination mark of the 18th, in the rim the legend:
