Beautifully preserved coin with mint luster, gently cleaned. Coin commemorating the 100th anniversary of the proclamation issued by King Frederick William III of Prussia on March 17, 1813 in Breslau, addressed to his subjects, "Prussians and Germans," for war against Napoleon.
