A nice piece of a rare Augustus the Strong guilder in the trade.

Well-preserved luster in the background. A sought-after item in any state of preservation, found on the domestic market once every few years.

Obverse: bust of the king in laurel wreath and armor, to the right, in the rim legend:

Reverse: crowned shields with the coats of arms of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and the Saxon dominion of Augustus the Strong, below the denomination mark 2/3 initials I-G-S- and the mint mark, in the rim legend:
