A rare second denarius of Boleslaw IV with a feasting motif, dated 1162-1166. A symbol of the consensual exercise of power between siblings.

Variety with a 180-degree inverted letter E in the field to the right of a figure with a sword and two plates with a bowl on the table.

Obverse: bust of a prince with a sword, in front, surrounded by BOLEZAS.

Reverse: three princes behind a table, facing.

Silver, diameter 14.7 mm, weight 0.29 g.
