A nicely preserved example of a thaler from the Milan mint.

Obverse: head in laurel wreath, clockwise, under it the mint mark M, in the rim the legend:
FRANZ JOSEPH I-V-G-KAISER V-OESTERREICH;

Reverse: eagle of the empire, in the rim legend:
EIN VEREINSTHALER XXX EIN PFUND FEIN 1858;
