Obverse: in the pearl rim a bust of the ruler wearing a laurel wreath, armor and cloak, with the Order of the Golden Fleece, to the right, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the designation of the denomination XV:

Reverse: in the pearl rim an Austrian eagle with the coat of arms of Bohemia on its breast, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the mint mark:
GER-HVN-BO-HEMIAE-REX-1664-;
