Ludwik Maurycy Lilpop (born October 29, 1845, died December 15, 1905) - Warsaw watchmaker.
Great-grandson of the family's protoplast - Antoni Augustyn Lilpop, son of watchmaker Franciszek Augustyn Lilpop. Ludwik Maurycy's watchmaking establishment was located in 1878-1905 on Senatorska Street in Warsaw. Lilpop's clocks were manufactured on subassemblies and parts from renowned companies, mainly French and Swiss.
The Lilpop company's clocks - signed L.M. Lilpop - wall clocks, fireplace clocks, pocket clocks, among others, are owned by the Museum of Warsaw.
Ludwik Maurycy was a well-known merchant in Warsaw circles and a social activist associated with the Warsaw Lutheran Church, and in the last years of his life was the host of the Resursa Obywatelska. The watchmaking business was taken over by his son, Stefan Ludwik Lilpop.
