On a flat, rectangular base, a dancer, half-naked, wearing a long flowing skirt and headband with a cabochon in her hair; she plays a flute, leaning heavily toward a cobra coiled on the base.
Model by sculptor Bertholgd Boess, designing for Rosenthal (Kunst Abteilung Selb) from ca. 1913-1934.
