Two Jugs, Muskau

Hard stoneware with salt glaze, one jug with brown body and stylized black decoration of flowers and vetial bands, the other jug lighter in front, decorated with scattered stylized flowers in relief in the upper half. Protected by a pewter ring at the bottom, the upper rim a few times slightly bounced. Tin caps. Muskau circa 1800, height of both 26 cm. Condition 2+

Protected by a pewter ring at the bottom, the upper rim a few times slightly bounced. Tin caps. Muskau circa 1800, height of both 26 cm. Condition 2+, Salt glaze stoneware. One of the jugs has a brown body and is embelished with black floral decorations separated by vertical rims. Second jug has lighter colour in the front with embossed floral decoration in the upper half. Protected by a tin band at the bottom, upper edge slightly chipped multiple times. Tin lids, Bad Muskau around 1800, heigth of both 26 cm.Condition 2+
