Stanislaw Brach, born 1972 in Gorlice. Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Since 2010 he has headed the Ceramics Studio at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. He graduated from the Faculty of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, with a diploma in the studio of Prof. Marian Konieczny in 2000 and from the Ceramic Technical School in Łysa Góra (1987-1993). In 2014, he received a doctorate in fine arts from the Department of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Winner of the award of the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2011), recipient of a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (2014), artistic project "Two Spaces". Finalist of the international competition Taiwan Ceramics Biennale 2016, and gold medal for the work Honey Flowing at 45 Apimondia 2017, International Apicultural Congress , Istanbul, Turkey.
Organizer of dozens of solo and group exhibitions, participant in many plein-air and international competitions in Italy, Japan and Taiwan, among others.
Works in the collections of the Museum of Contemporary Sculpture of the Polish Sculpture Center in Oronsko, the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza, Italy, the New Taipei City Yingge Ceramics Museum in Taiwan, the Palace of Art in Lviv and in private collections.
