XAWERY DESKUR - (born 28.12.1988 in Aix-en-Provence, France) visual artist,
filmmaker and sculptor. In 2015, he graduated with a master's degree from the Academy of Fine Arts
Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, at the Faculty of Graphic Arts. He is a graduate of the screenwriting course
SCRIPT and the DOK PRO documentary film course at the Wajda School in Warsaw,
A recipient of the "Young Poland" scholarship from the Minister of Culture, National Heritage and Sports (2021) and the
Creative Scholarship of the City of Krakow (2022). In 2014, he was awarded the
Hestia's Artistic Journey. He has participated in art and film festivals, such as.
