Base elongated, on 4 legs, on a slat 6 vase-shaped burners plus 1 additional in the middle; on the sides, openwork walls with arms on which two more burners are placed; behind them, in the depth, reflectors in the form of multi-pointed stars (1 incomplete). The clasp is oval, topped with an applied crown. On the back, markings repeated three times in an oval: "L. GOSZCZ / Bronze / WARSAW".Accompanied by the so-called trinket with a long handle - for extinguishing the lamps.
