Numbered pieces, here number 19, autographed and dedicated by Wladyslaw Sikorski (1881-1943) - politician, General of Arms of the Polish Army, Prime Minister and Minister of Military Affairs of the Second Republic, from September 30, 1939 Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Poland in Exile, initially in France, then in Great Britain, and creator and Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Armed Forces (in the West). He died in a plane crash in Gibraltar. Dedication to Prince Andre Poniatowski and his wife Elisabeth Sperry, dated Paris, October 18, 1928.
