Small losses to spine, folds and tears to edges of front cover, stains to front page. Handwritten dedication by the author to Stanisław Mańczak of Chodzież in gratitude for the "beautiful gift". S. Manczak was the owner of the Faience Factory in Chodzież, one of the best of its kind in interwar Poland. It can be assumed that he gave the writer an item from his factory. Attached was a small notebook, a dozen pages of which described the medicinal use of herbs. The notes were probably made by the author of the book.
