Single-sided print on ark. 44x52.3 cm. Reproduction in sepia of a painting by Walery Eliasz-Radzikowski depicting the moment of Kosciuszko taking the oath. The board was issued on the centennial of this event (printed "1794-1894" in the upper margin). Traces of folding, taped tears in the margins.
