Infrequent pamphlet summarizing the 10-year anniversary of free Poland(beginning with the Paris Peace Conference, through the gains in Upper Silesia and Vilna Land, and ending with a negative assessment of the 2.5-year period after the May Coup) written by Stanislaw Stronski (1882-1955), philologist, publicist, politician associated with the national movement, MP of several terms, deputy prime minister and minister of the London government in 1939-43, author of the phrase "Miracle on the Vistula" referring to the Battle of Warsaw, as well as an article against G. Narutowicz, which launched a campaign of hatred and led to the crime against him (committed by Eligiusz Niewiadomski).
