Binding: linen with titling on the spine

Condition: cover with rubbing/scuffs, a trace of flooding, a loss on the spine line, a loss on the title page, a dry trace of former flooding on the pages [no damage to the text], pages wavy - they are not glued together, notes in pencil on the facing page.
