On behalf of the Three Protecting Powers of Austria, Prussia and Russia, the Chairman of the Provisional Government of the Free City of Cracow, Field Marshal Lieutenant Count Castiglioni, on behalf and under the authority of the said Powers, announces that the said Powers concluded between themselves on the 6th of this month in Vienna and signed the following agreement.
