[KarolWOJTYŁA ]. Cardinal Karol Wojtyla's signature under a typed official letter (in Latin) addressed to Fr. Stanislaw Truszkowski, dated. December 14, 1968 in Cracow, Poland.
One-sided letter on ark. 28x21.9 cm. In the upper right corner red imprint "Curia Metropolitana Cracoviensis". Under the text the cardinal's seal and signature "Carolus card.". The addressee of the letter is Fr. S. Truszkowski, pastor of the parish of St. Anthony in Bronowice Małe. The Metropolitan of Krakow grants him the privilege of wearing a roquet (a surplice with purple lining) and a mantolet (a black cloak). Traces of folding, good condition.
