Good condition. Enclosed envelope with a handwritten letter from the poet's widow, Sabina Sebyłowa, addressed to Tadeusz Nowak and his wife. The author writes how impressed she was by Nowak's poems, sends a photo of a bouquet received from him. As a September soldier, W. Sebyla was arrested by the Soviets and murdered in Kharkov. The afterword lacks information about the circumstances of the poet's death, there is a message that a selection of his poems was published only in 1956, in the wave of the October thaw.
