First edition of a volume of poetry considered to be Wislawa Szymborska's proper poetic debut. The themes of the poems include philosophical reflections, irony towards reality and clear skepticism towards doctrines. One of the best-known poems from this volume is "Nothing Twice," which became popular as a song.
