Osinski, Wladyslaw Zakrzewski (born August 17, 1886 in Krakow, died December 3, 1943 in Warsaw) - Polish construction engineer, pioneer of practical application of welding and welded structures, politician of the Lvov Christian Democrats and member of the Second Polish Sejm, director of the Department of Public Works and Reconstruction of the Government Delegation for Poland - in the book describes his impressions of travels in Japan, Korea and China.
