"The science called religious studies or comparative history of religions emerged as a self-contained branch of skill in the second half of the 19th century, combining the results of historical research, extended to social devices and cultural development, with the results of archaeological research, linguistics, archaeology, ethnography, and systematizing them according to certain philosophical concepts. The purpose of this work, as a dictionary, is to provide information and explanations in alphabetical order about topics that are the subject of religious studies.
