Mikolaj Akielewicz (1829-1887), promoter of the Lithuanian language, publisher of books in this language, poet and translator. He published in "Gazeta Codzienna" and "Kurier Wileński". He was associated with the Lambert Hotel. Roman Sanguszko of the coat of arms of Pogon of Lithuania (1832-1917), Polish prince, ordinate of Zaslavl and collector. "Romantic Chronicles. A collection of selected works". Binding: brown leather, embossed decoration and gilt, gilt page edges. Unw. abrasions of binding, traces of wetting of pages, rust spots and dampstains in places. Good condition. Great rarity.
