IWONA ŚLEDZIŃSKA - KATARASIŃSKA (1941-20240 A graduate of Polish philology at the University of Lodz, she was a journalist at RSW "Prasa, Książka, Ruch" and Telewizja Lodz and an editor at underground publishing houses. In 1982-1989, she worked, among others, for the Central Association of Blind Cooperatives, one of the results of which is this monograph. A long-time politician, she was a member of the Sejm and sat on the committees: Justice and Human Rights; Education, Science and Youth; Rules of Procedure and Parliamentary Affairs; Liaison with Poles Abroad; Culture and Media; Senior Policy; and Health.
