A charming and carefully published booklet.
Compiled by Krzysztof Seliga, the medieval legends from dozens of cities are decorated with Gothic initials. The stories are accompanied by fold-out illustrations - views of Polish cities - which are reprints from old engravings made available from the collections of well-known antiquarians.
