Lucjan Rudnicki a.k.a. "Ludwik", "Little", "Tailor", "Kazimierz Lubiński" (born January 2, 1882 in Sulejów, died June 8, 1968 in Warsaw) - Polish writer, activist of the PPS, SDKPiL and KPP.
He was the eldest of nine children of Wojciech and Klementyna née Okrasińska. In 1898 he came to Lodz, where he took a job at the Heinzl and Kunitzer plant in Widzew. In 1898-1906, he participated in illegal anti-Tsarist and revolutionary activities carried out by the Polish Socialist Party, for which he was imprisoned twice and exiled for three years to the Arkhangelsk gubernia. He escaped from there and hid under an assumed name.
In March 1905, he participated in the Seventh Congress of the PPS. In 1907 he moved from the PPS to the SDKPiL. Among other things, he was active in the Warsaw Committee of the SDKPiL. During World War I, he spoke out against the Germans, for which he was interned in Szczypiorno, Havelberg and Modlin in 1916-1918. From December 1918 to August 1938 he was a member of the Communist Workers' Party of Poland (KPRP)/Communist Party of Poland (KPP). In the first half of 1919, on behalf of the KPRP, he was a member of the Warsaw Council of Workers' Delegates, for which he was imprisoned in Modlin. In the mid-1920s, he published articles in the communist press targeting the activities of the PPS and the PSL "Wyzwolenie." In 1933 he returned to Sulejow. In January 1942, he joined the PPR. He collaborated with GL and ZWM. From January to May 1945, he was mayor of Sulejow and secretary of the PPR Municipal Committee in the city.
