Edinburgh 1941. published by the Military Bureau of Propaganda and Education. 18x12 cm, pp 81, black and white photographs in the text, publisher's soft cover. Good condition (sticker mark on cover, Fawley Court stamps). One of the first accounts of the defense of Warsaw in September 1939, written by a participant in these events, General Stanislaw Rostworowski. The memoirs cover the period from September 7 to 28, 1939. The book has ink stamps ( Cultural Department of the Inspectorate of the Polish Air Force and the stamp of the library of 316 Squadron ).
