Contains chapters: Fight for the sea, Poland on the Baltic, Polish seashore, Polish seaports, Polish navy, Polish merchant navy, Population of Pomerania, Sea in Polish art, Fauna and flora, Overseas trade, Polish sea fishing, Research outposts, Maritime and Colonial League, Polish sea sports, Beach and sea bathing. Particularly noteworthy is the "Appendix", which does not appear very often on the antiquarian market, with advertisements and announcements and descriptions of companies, spa towns (Truskawiec, Rabka, Krynica).
