(Estr. T. 24). Dedication to Petro de Lachowce Sieniutae. Compendium of Polish history compiled by Joachim Pastorius (1611-1686) - historian, educator and poet. The work was based on the works of Marcin Kromer. The author carried out the history of Poland from its mythical beginnings until the reign of King Stefan Batory. The work "gained great fame, supplemented and revised in subsequent editions, it was still used as a school textbook in the 18th century" (PSB, vol. XXV). Two oval ownership stamps of Teodor Wierzbowski (1853-1923), historian, archivist, bibliographer, source publisher and collector. Traces of stains, non-moisture and soiling. On the facing page exlibris: "Josephus Halka de Ledóchow Comes Ledóchowski Stemmatis Szatawa". Good condition. Rare.
