Piece from the collection of Capt. Stanislaw Gepner, an outstanding expert on historical uniforms and armaments (pasted ex-libris on the front pastedown). Attached to the book is a typescript with a list of officers of the 20th Lancer Regiment in the Officer's Yearbook for 1924, 1928, 1932 and in the 1960 Review of the Regimental Circles Association for the September campaign. In the roster, handwritten corrections by Stanislaw Gepner and signatures (for compliance).

Official personnel roster of officers of the Polish Army of the Second Republic, containing detailed service and personal data of professional officers. As of 1928, this yearbook was issued only in 1923, 1924, 1928 and 1932.

It includes, among other things:

• a named list of officers by rank and service assignment,

• information on membership in specific military units and divisions,

• list of decorations (Polish and foreign),

• list of personnel changes in senior positions,

• factual index and conventional mark system,

• data on students of military schools and reserve officers and militaryadministrationOfficers' Yearbook.

The yearbook was administrative in nature and was a tool of record-keeping and internal communication in the army, but today it is a valuable historical source for the study of the structure and personnel of the Polish Army in the interwar period.
