The lack of industrial work, the dearth of the most indispensable necessities of life [...] are ruining tens of thousands of existences before the first war shots have even been fired [...]. In order to make possible the active struggle in Poland, a struggle aimed at bringing the freedom and independence of the Polish people closer, an organization was formed, uniting in itself representatives of [...] Polish parties [...]. Those who want to be free must fight for this freedom themselves! Therefore, we call upon all Poles who wish to prove themselves worthy of this name, to immediately form organizations preparing for armed struggle [...].
