The main text occupies the first 3 pages, followed by a two-page supplement: "Exactlyysze przepisy dopełnienia ustanowień dla robienia yeast [...]", and two specimens of the relevant forms. The regulations pertain to distilleries and the "process of smoking booze." In front of the text the imprint: "Nro. 30956". Slight trace of dampness.
