Announcement on one part glued on cardboard, no discoloration in the middle, clear folding lines, no tears. "The Main Election Commission in Sosnowiec instructed the local municipal office in accordance with Article 16 of the Electoral Ordinance for the Legislative Sejm to announce in the municipality the following..." Refers to the 1919 elections to the Sejm and related matters, including posting the composition of local committees.
