NOTICE. The export of the following goods from the occupied area

is prohibited: Grain of all kinds, Flour and milling products. Bread, pastry and bakery products (...) Whoever, contrary to this prohibition, attempts to export from the occupied area the goods whose export is prohibited, will be punished by confiscation of these goods without payment and without certification.
